Initiate Request
Log into your GIVA account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Quality Check Preparation
Ensure the jewelry is in its original condition with all tags intact, and place it back in the signature GIVA box along with the authenticity certificate.
Schedule Pickup
Once your request is submitted, we will arrange a complimentary doorstep pickup through our trusted courier partners within 24-48 hours.
Refund Processing
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
